RL (GRPO) on GSM8K

Source: SFT checkpoint (MLflow 2bffbfabb3024458ae2778a12f320163)

Config: upstream defaults — GSM8K 7473 train, 16 examples/step = 467 steps/epoch. GRPO with DAPO-style normalization.

num_epochs=2 (dryrun=1) for valid cost ratio. eval_every=99999 to skip eval during dryrun (was causing 900s timeout). Funded run will also skip periodic eval but gets final checkpoint.
